3. AI Processing and OpenAI
FightFrame uses the OpenAI API to assist with analyzing boxing footage and generating feedback, observations, ratings, recommendations, and training plans.

Uploaded video footage;
Frames or images extracted from the footage;
Audio contained in the footage;
Prompts and instructions used to request an analysis;
Context about the movement or technique being analyzed; and
Other information reasonably necessary to generate the requested result.
Information submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI’s general-purpose models by default unless the applicable API customer affirmatively opts in.
Under OpenAI’s standard API configuration, OpenAI may temporarily retain API inputs, outputs, metadata, and related abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. Information may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect OpenAI’s services or third parties from harm.
Certain OpenAI API features or configurations may have different data-retention behavior. OpenAI processes information under its applicable agreements, data controls, security practices, and legal obligations.
FightFrame does not intend to opt in to allowing uploaded FightFrame footage to be used to train OpenAI’s general-purpose models.
4. Video Processing and Retention
FightFrame does not intentionally retain complete uploaded video files in persistent FightFrame storage after the requested analysis has been completed.
Uploaded footage may be temporarily transmitted, held in memory, cached, divided into frames, or otherwise technically processed for the time necessary to:
Upload the footage;
Prepare it for analysis;
Transmit it to OpenAI;
Generate the requested result;
Detect technical or security issues; and
Return the analysis to you.
Temporary copies, frames, audio, outputs, logs, or related information may be processed by OpenAI or other infrastructure providers according to their standard retention practices.
Although the original video is not intentionally stored after processing, FightFrame may retain:
The resulting analysis;
Technique ratings;
Training-plan recommendations;
Progress information;
The name or category of the analyzed technique;
Processing status;
Technical metadata; and
Security or error logs.
This retained information allows FightFrame to display your analysis history, training plan, and progress.
5. Supabase
FightFrame uses Supabase to provide backend infrastructure and may use it for:
Account registration and authentication;
User and account identifiers;
Database hosting;
Training history;
AI-generated analysis results;
Skill ratings and progress information;
Subscription-access status;
Account preferences;
Security and authentication logs; and
Account and data-deletion operations.
Supabase processes information on our behalf as a service provider. Its processing is subject to its applicable agreements, privacy terms, security measures, and legal obligations.
FightFrame does not intentionally use Supabase to permanently store complete uploaded boxing-video files after analysis.
6. How We Disclose Information

Any recipient will be required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law.
E. With Your Direction or Consent

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and any required permission to record, upload, and process footage containing other people.
When footage contains a minor, you are responsible for obtaining any permission legally required from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
A person appearing in uploaded footage may contact us at contact@boxingai.me to raise a privacy concern. We may request information necessary to identify the relevant footage, account, or circumstances and verify the request.
9. Children’s Privacy
FightFrame is not directed to children under 13, and users must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or submitted personal information without legally valid parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated information.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided information to FightFrame may contact us at contact@boxingai.me.
Footage uploaded by an eligible user may contain a child who is not a FightFrame account holder. The uploading user is responsible for having the legal right and any required parental permission to upload and process that footage.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods generally include:
Account information: retained while your account remains active and deleted following account deletion, subject to limited exceptions;

Support communications: retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and maintain relevant records;
Security and technical logs: retained for a limited period based on operational, fraud-prevention, legal, and security needs; and
Backups: deleted information may remain in restricted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
We may retain limited information after account deletion where necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.
11. Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your FightFrame account through the in-app account-deletion feature or by emailing contact@boxingai.me.
Deleting your account initiates deletion of information associated with your account, including:
Account and profile information;
Training history;
Saved analysis results;
Skill ratings;
Personalized plans;
Progress information; and
Other user data maintained in active FightFrame systems.
Deletion may be subject to limited retention for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, transactional, or backup purposes.

Confirm whether we process your personal information;
Access personal information associated with you;

To exercise a privacy right, use the in-app account-deletion controls or email contact@boxingai.me with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require confirmation through the email address associated with your account or other information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require evidence that the agent is authorized to act for you.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing contact@boxingai.me with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
13. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:

You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the applicable legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
14. International Data Transfers
Immersionland LLC is based in the United States. OpenAI, Supabase, Apple, and other infrastructure used to provide the Service may process information in the United States and other countries.
These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those where you live.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
16. Automated Analysis
FightFrame uses automated systems to evaluate uploaded footage and produce boxing-related feedback, ratings, observations, and training recommendations.
These systems do not make decisions concerning employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare eligibility, criminal justice, or other matters that create legal or similarly significant effects.
Automated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should independently evaluate them and should not treat them as medical advice or a substitute for an in-person boxing coach or qualified professional.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party services such as Apple, OpenAI, and Supabase.
This Privacy Policy describes FightFrame’s practices. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties that you access outside the Service.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, technology, legal requirements, service providers, or our information practices.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of the policy.
If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable method. Where required by law, we will request consent before applying a material change.
